Ms.Seethalakshmi Ramasamy handles the people part of Qualitas Business solutions – India Operations and is responsible for Account Management, Recruiting, HR and Payroll, Contracts. She also consults a number of clients over the years in her role as a HR Director and Recruiter.
In the past several years she has worked with various Clients that included IDGMI, Sapient, Multivision, eB. where she was responsible for the entire recruitment life cycle.
